Change of mind

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and the hygiene liners still attached. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.

Due to high demand, we are unable to provide exchanges and instead offer store credit. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Accepted returned items will receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide.

To begin a return use our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and postal code. You will be provided with a shipping label which you can stick over the label on your original packaging. Please take your parcel to your nearest postal drop off location and allow up to 3 business days from when we receive your return for your store credit to be issued.

We cannot offer refunds for gift cards and all purchases from the SALE tab are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are returning an item due to damage or error please email us directly at info@edenray.com.au.
